So I have the medium and the large sized bag side by side. The thing I've noticed is the upper compartment can be left zipped or unzipped for a little more space. The lower compartment is about the same and I'm a little disappointed that it wasn't more bigger than that. I also want to make a side note if there's a pocket on both sides that you could fit a 8 Oz- 32 ounce tumbler, why not just make its own pocket instead? Maybe that wasn't what it was intended, cause if you do, it'll take some of the space inside. So smaller items will work. Other than that, it's decent. I wouldn't say it's leak proof, cause I accidently have some liquids like water leaking and it goes through the bag as well. That's why it has 4 stars for space and size, plus, not being leak proof.i am very happy with this bag. i had an ozark brand that i liked, but i think this is better. the top has a firm bottom which makes for a nice surface. the whole thing seems to be a little stiffer, not too stiff, and keeps stuff cold. the extra pocket in the back works well for me. the only thing i don't think i like is the handle. i may cut that off and just use the sling. there is nothing wrong with it, just a preference. the flag is velcro on so no worries. i seen a review with it upside down. that was the owners choice.I needed a new lunch box. I was looking around and saw this one and decided to pick it up. It is big enough to hold lunch, a snack and a few extras and it has a few pockets. It keeps my food cold but I work 12 hours so I use the fridge anyways. I got the one with the water bottle holder and as you can see, it's just a clip and doesn't really stay clipped on very well. The latch on the front keeps loosening and the strap feels a bit cheap. Over all, I like it and would recommend it. I came with an American flag patch (not pictured).but it looked horrible so I put a few of my own on.This bag is perfect for my bf's lunch bag. When he left this morning he had all his snacks in the dry storage on top. He had 6 drinks standing up, an ice pack, his sandwich, and 2 cups of peaches in the bottom insulated part. He is so ecstatic! I was hesitant because of some of the bad reviews but I took the chance anyways and he loves it. I bought the green one because green is his favorite color but I do believe they are all the same. He thinks the American flag on the front is nice as well. Also he got excited about all the pockets. He says to me this morning, check out this big side pocket. ?Its the little things in life that make men happy ????? Haven’t used it for food as yet, but it seems to be well-made and a useful size. It arrived very quickly even though it seemed to have been shipped from the USA
