My son broke every zipper the FIRST hour of school. Not the teeth part, the pull part, metal part. Then day 2 of school he went to do the punch clasp, and it fell apart. 2 weeks into school and my son already needs a new bag. And he's in hs!!I liked the Innturt Jochui Sling Bag for it's size (large enough to hold my knee brace and still fit under an airline seat) and fine quality of construction. I didn't like the small water bottle holder and phone holder on the strap that opened on the side. If I changed shoulders, that side opening zipper could allow my phone to fall out. This could be easily addressed by putting the opening on TOP rather than on the side. The diagonal zipper on the middle compartment prevented my iPad from being properly secured. Likewise, if I changed shoulders, all of those diagonal zippers would be on the bottom. I found another sling bag that addressed all those issues and would have returned this one. However, since I optimistically cut off the excessive strap length, I was forced to retain this one and eventually gave it to my son who appreciated the positive features.Cool design, lightweight and quite comfortable, but that's it! The bag isn't as big as I thought; as I usually carry my 13" laptop and books, I have to position them at an angle that it doesn't get in the way of the zipper. And it's not expandable as advertised, the snaps are just for decoration. The main strap is too long even when adjusted.I've bought some bags before but they inevitably turned out to be too small. I love this bag because it's big enough to carry all my everyday stuff, and do so comfortably. It seems to be well made and it has enough pockets to handle my OCD tendencies about keeping things separate. If you decide you need a bigger one, this is the one to get.As others have noted, the plastic slip buckle broke very early on. Replacement (metal) buckle only $1 at Hobby Lobby or some other such store. Suggest you just assume yours will break and replace it immediately. Otherwise, a goofy looking but very useful design.Just like the tile states, it’s great but the latch broke. If it wasn’t for that, I’d give it higher stars. The latch breaking ruins the whole idea of this bag. If it was something that I can fix, fine but this can’t be fixed.Worst of all, it’s passed the return time. I would’ve returned it for a refund and not an exchange.I really wanted to like this bag, but the plastic part of the strap broke after only about 3 weeks. It only had my planner, some pens, and a small bag of meds/toiletries. It was a great bag for work while it lasted…I use it for work.I use this for work, carrying the essentials but the adjustable strap broke within a week. This is NOT what I expected but it must be cheap plastic which means it will not last long. I have decided to repair the item myself using a metal clasp rather than plastic. Also, the holes to run your headphone cable through - one doesn't exist and the other looks like someone remembered to make the hole at the last moment.Oh, and don't use the removable pouch for your phone. It will get stolen. The backpack itself does not work as a backpack. The strap is far too long for any human I know, and not adjustable. Also, it has some strange branding rivetted onto it. Shame, because if it were not for the strap it would make a nice backpack.I give it as many as three stars for a strange reason: it came with a small purse-like pouch inside that holds my phone, some biros and other odds and ends. As with the backpack, it has a sturdy zip. This is super-useful, and has become a constant companion. I literally value the pouch more than I paid for the whole bag.It feels like paper inside, and you think it's going to rip. But no it's very strong. I did think it would be a little bigger. So I use it for other stuff. If you don't have a lot to carry, then this is perfect. Loads of pockets, easy to open the compartments without taking it off. I use it mainly when I'm out on the push bike.I never leave reviews but this has blown me away on first impressions.I’m using it as a lure bag for fishing. I can fit my small tackle box with lures, scissors traces forceps, scales sunglasses, 1ltr flask , this is in the main compartment! On the outside are loads of handy zip pockets fur other odds and ends. One side takes a 1ltr water bottle and their is a nice pouch on the front strap for phone and keys! This is amazing for the money, I just hope it lasts, I’m sure it will as the material is tough and comes with nice chunky zips.Very good lots of different pockets, perfect for what I need, fits me very well and seams well made
