I love this bag and regret waiting so long to get it. The measurements are true and the soft sides makes it convenient to store. I was worried about the plastic zipper but I believe it will hold up and so far no threads have frayed anywhere on the bag. I opt to use an ice pack many times but I have found that I do not need to if I just want to keep items cool for a half hour. Hot items do well in the pack as well. The side pocket is very useful too. The pocket doesn't expand but a bowl cozy, napkins and silver plus a snack bar fit nicely. I decided on the turtle bag and have wiped it down and to my surprise the colors are holding. I highly recommend this bag!
